A Little Bit About Me

As a professional Personal Fitness Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your fitness level and goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

My passion for fitness did not start until after my first born was 3yrs old and I was winded, I knew I had to make changes in my life to keep up with my lil guy. Fast forward 1yr when I debuted my first Men's Physique show with NMA and got 2nd place. Then I was hooked on how one can shape their body into whatever you want. The euphoria I got from transforming my own body was overwhelming, along with how therapeutic being in the gym was. In my late teens, drugs and alcohol were my crutch - I put that same addictive personality into fitness and i have been the best condition health and wellness wise, than I have ever been. Thus Ironjunkie was born. The name always stuck, now, I am able to make that thought into reality.

I want to pass along to my clients the same euphoria, and passion I get from this so they to can enjoy the next level in life.  Training isn't just about lifting the heaviest weight, or having the endurance to run a marathon, its about being a better YOU!  So lets get you started today!

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, weight loss, or teaching you gym 101 so you can feel confident in the gym atmosphere.


Private Training

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Doesn't matter if you are new, amatuer or well seasond, my programs based on your needs will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.

Core Training

My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core Training. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy nutrition intake will have you in tip top shape.

Cardio Fitness

Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up.
